Boca Raton-based tech company Guident, in a $422,000 contract with the city, will operate the small autonomous bus in the Plaza Real loop of Mizner Park starting in September or October on Thursdays through Sundays. After three months, the company will expand to a two-mile route reaching just south of Palmetto Park Road, east of U.S. 1, if all goes well.
