Mr. Borja has 15+ years of experience creating and managing Investor Relations and Corporate Communications programs for publicly traded companies and debt issuers with extensive operations in Latin America.

Mr. Borja has previously served as Director at InspIR Group, a leading Investor Relations and Corporate Communications advisory firm with offices in New York and San Francisco, responsible for managing the equity and fixed income investor relations programs for clients in Latin America, in a variety of industries.

He was a Senior Vice President at i-advize Corporate Communications, a New York-based IR agency singularly focused on the Latin America market, responsible for designing and developing effective investor relations programs, while coordinating and executing all investor events, including investor days and road shows. Mr. Borja has a Master of Science in Investor Relations from Fordham University in New York City; a Licentiate degree in International Business from the Universidad Internacional de las América’s in San José, Costa Rica; and is fluent in Spanish and English.
